Eligibility for a Refund:
- You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition.
- After 7 days, returns will only be accepted under special circumstances and may be subject to a restocking fee.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our customer service team at info@prreliance.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include the original order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship the package back to us using a tractable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Digital downloads or electronic software.
- Personalised or customised items.
- Clearance merchandise or final sale items.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
- If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Special circumstances may be considered for returns beyond the 7-day window, subject to approval, and may incur a restocking fee.
