At PR Reliance, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

Eligibility for a Refund:

  • You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition.
  • After 7 days, returns will only be accepted under special circumstances and may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@prreliance.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include the original order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship the package back to us using a tractable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital downloads or electronic software.
  • Personalised or customised items.
  • Clearance merchandise or final sale items.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

  • If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Special circumstances may be considered for returns beyond the 7-day window, subject to approval, and may incur a restocking fee.
